Mr. Mohd. Amir Ali, FCA is the Managing & Senior Partner of the firm. He did his B. Com in the year 1968 and become Chartered Accountant in the year 1985 as student of Hodavasi Chowdhury & Co.
He worked as Finance Director of Bangladesh Textile Mills Corporation under the Ministry of Textile, Government of Bangladesh and has extensive knowledge of Management and Financial matter during his tenure of 33 years of services.
He has long experience of audit in the different sectors such has Government Corporations, Local Government, Autonomous Bodies, Manufacturing Companies, Service Organisations, Donor Agencies, NGOs, Jute Mills/Textile Mills, Joint Venture Companies, Financial institutions, Universities and etc.
He has vast experience in auditing large autonomous bodies having huge yearly turnover. He has a good experience of working as Financial Expert in Different Sector.
